I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee I-5 CDJR.  I could not have been more pleasantly surprised at the treatment extended to me by everyone I came in contact with from salesperson Lexi Nelson to finance person Felix.  They treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect.  They stated they "wanted my business", and they worked and got it.  There was absolutely no "Hard Sale" tactics involved or I would have walked out.  I have had interaction with the dealership since the sale with the same results.  I have read numerous reviews from this dealership as well as others, and I cannot believe all the problems lie with the dealership.  If I were to purchase another Chrysler product tomorrow, it would be from I-5 CDJR.

Went in to browse their inventory since our current family vehicle is having major mechanical problems. We showed up on the lot and to my suprise, they had what we were looking for just sitting there. We were able to come to a agreement on a price quickly and with no issues. Joe was very easy to negotiate with and got me a very good interest rate. I will be returning for my next vehicle purchase.

I am a 63 year old who has purchased both new and used cars for over 40 years. Having to go to auto dealers has been a miserable experience for over 20 years, but a necessary evil.I have learned that many dealerships ( any Lithia, Big volume Idaho dealers and southern Oregon Ford and Chevy dealers can not be trusted.1) most sales people know NOTHING about the product they sell.2) Most sales people are high pressure because they have to meet Quotas)3) Most finance people shop your info to more than 10 lenders and look to the lender who gives them the biggest "finders fee"4) Finance people rip you off on extended warranty pricing, or try to sell you "non-manufacturer" warranties because of finders fees.When I go to buy a car, I do my research, determine what I will pay, get my own financing and prepare to spend hours being beat up over financing and warranty.I5 is the first dealership I have dealt with , in over 20 years that is restoring my faith in the auto industry.I have been looking for my last muscle car purchase for over 6 months. I am a car guy who drives a truck but usually has a "cool" car for fun.I had been looking for a Challenger with scat pack, shaker hood, manual tranny and it had to be either lime green, yellow, plum purple or mango, which were Mopar muscle car colors from 68 to 73.I was shopping California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho as I now live on the southern Oregon coast.The big Idaho volume dealers are a nightmare. Pushy, ignorant of their product,reading off a script, won't give any "useful information over the phone, trying to get a deposit, etc. I even had to block calls.Oregon dealers have horrible pricing. I guess they think not paying sales tax is a reason to not match other states pricing.I took a chance and inquired on a car by email. A gentleman named Tanner got back to me within 24 hours (surprise) and answered my questions. No sales BS, no how great I5 is, concise honest answers.The car was priced higher than I wanted to go, so I gave tanner a price and thanked him.60 days later, I get an email from Tanner to check the price as it had come down. Not quite where I wanted to be, but closer. I thanked him and kept searching.30 days later Rob Pehl calls me personally, offers a price I can live with, so I accept.I have financing lined up, so I get ready to be abused, nut to my surprise, after they saw my rate, they told me to lock it in ( i did)They have spoken with my lender and in 24 hours I sign loan docs.They are going to fed ex contract since I am 8 hours away.From VP, to their finance gentleman ( I think it was Felix, but I had a senior moment and forgot his name, to Tanner, polite, professional, courteous, I keep thinking, o.k., when does the other shoe drop, but it has been THE BEST buying experience I have had in 20 years.Do understand, there were 2 calls I made where Tanner or Robery were not available. Those two times I found the employee too pushy and off putting because I would not talk to them or anybody else. I would recommend you deal with Tanner if you go in. If I had dealt with someone else, I would probably still be looking.I get my car next week. Its the same color as my 1973 Challenger I foolishly sold 20 years ago. I am excited, I am very happy.If their trucks had better discounts, I would set up one of my sons today with Tanner. He has found better pricing and is dealing with "Bad" dealersPlease give Tanner and Robert a shot, if they can meet your price you will be satisfied
